Connected to the production side is our mountain prawn shop. Here you can buy freshly caught mountain prawns from the farm. In addition to the mountain prawns, we also offer our latest refinement products, such as mountain prawn pesto, bisque and stock.
Delicacies from regional producers are also available.
In the mountain prawn shop you will find, among other things, fishery products, honey, organic spelled rice, organic spices and organic noodles as well as organic goose and meat from organic highland beef, subject to availability.
Our employees are happy to answer any questions you may have about the preparation and for recipe ideas.
