Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (White Panther Produktion GmbH, Edlach 15, 8786 Rottenmann, Austria, office@whitepanther.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although its use is not required.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the period expires.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns must be sent exclusively to:

Consequences of Cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments made for the delivered products—excluding shipping costs and minus the cost of returning the goods—without delay and no later than 30 days from the date we receive the goods. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund. We may refuse to issue a refund if the merchandise is no longer in its original condition.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 30 days have expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
