According to a press release from White Panther, the company in Rottenmann is the only one in Europe that covers the entire production cycle, from larval rearing to the sale of adult shrimp. The company breeds “White Tiger” Styrian Mountain Shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) and “Blue Styrian Mountain Shrimp” (Litopenaeus stylirostris). Larvae are also offered for sale to other breeding facilities in Europe.

The product is delivered fresh, the day after “harvest.”
