PAYMENT & SHIPPING

For fresh goods, all items are shipped refrigerated in insulated packaging with compostable straw and sufficient cooling packs. For combined shipments of frozen and fresh goods, or for shipments of frozen goods only, the items are delivered in a Styrofoam box with ice packs. Please return the box as soon as possible, using the return label (located on the underside of the lid), to a post office or to your mail carrier. If the box is not returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €130. Please return it within 2 weeks.
